The Panama Delta number when you press the English option takes you to the main Delta anyways. If you speak Spanish the Panama Delta will surely know how to do the discount. Nobody will know what you are talking about on the English speaking Delta unless you guide them to "Go to the Point of Sale for Panama" and "use the discount code "SRC". If they can't find that, tell them to look for "International Senior Citizen Discount Fares and it is listed under PA Special Discounts POS Ticketing: Panama. +1) As modified by experience 16 February 2024.

They did not want a copy of the ID, but mentioned that it may be requested at the airport when checking in.
