 +1-Always check the box asking if this is a ticket booked with miles; it’s a flaw in their form! Even if you are paying dollars for the ticket, CHECK THE BOX.

Also, you don’t need a dash between the sets of 4 numbers for a Panama phone. I would expect the same format would apply for other country phone number combinations: don’t use the dash unless the form won’t submit.

English is fine if you don’t want to use Spanish However, Spanish uses accented characters, and I occasionally encounter problems using those ‘special’ characters in online forms. If your form does not submit, perhaps it choked on your use of special characters (accented letters)?.

 +5-Make sure you put information in all fields marked with a red asterisk ( * ).
