-Construction already started. They teared down the old Maritime Office right next to the pier.  +March 24: All work stopped after finishing the base foundation for the new office and fish market building. Rumors saying, the worker didn't get paid anymore. So it seems that nothing going forward until the next major or whoever decides to pay the workers. Steel beams already delivered and start rotting and rusting.
