If you want to ADD a new topic:

Add your new topic to this list. Use the syntax like the other topics.
After you saved this page, your new topic link will appear in RED. This means, the new topic is NOT active yet.
Now click on the new (still red) topic name. A new windows appears and you can edit the topic and add pages to it.
After saving, you created the new topic or page.
The link on the
start page now changes to
GREEN, which means, your new topic
is active yet.
